Like millions of men of his generation, he had become captivated by Football—a new sport spreading across ports, cities, and nations with remarkable speed.
At the same time, he admired Chess: a game of extraordinary structure, foresight, and mathematical beauty.
And somewhere between the two, he began to see a connection.
Chess had been born from war—its battlefield shaped by opposing armies, strategy, sacrifice, attack, and defense.
Football had transformed that same competitive instinct into sport—two sides confronting one another not on a battlefield, but on a Pitch.
One was born from war.
The other from sport.
Perhaps, he thought, the evolution was a natural one.
Could the structure and strategic discipline of Chess evolve once more—this time through the movement, tactics, and competitive spirit of Football?
That question slowly became an idea.

This is Minute 45.
And if Minute 45 delivers a Checkmate Goal or triggers a Set Piece, it stands.
There is no Move/Minute 46.
